Tori Evans is a dynamic force in the world of photography and storytelling, weaving her unique experiences as an Army spouse and veteran into her vibrant body of work. With over two decades of experience, Tori has navigated the challenges of military life while establishing herself as a multi-award-winning photographer, author, and speaker. Her journey has taken her to 16 different military installations, where she has captured a vast array of subjects—from the intensity of sports to the rigors of Basic Combat Training, and even self-driven feature projects that showcase her creativity and a keen eye for detail.
One of Tori's standout projects, Training Through Uncertainty, has garnered significant recognition, earning multiple awards from prestigious organizations such as the South Carolina Press Association, Military Visual Awards, and the U.S. Army Digital Photo Contest. This project exemplifies her ability to document the complexities of military life with authenticity and depth, resonating with audiences and peers alike.
In addition to being a military photographer, Tori is the published author of three impactful books: Back To Basic, Praise Through It: Deployment Edition, and I Met A Man Named Jesus.
